Ingredients

  • 7 oz flank steak strips (or lean ground beef)
  • 2 cups snap peas
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Steps

  1. Sear beef in oil; remove.
  2. Sauté snap peas 3–4 min; add garlic/ginger.
  3. Return beef; add soy and honey; toss 1 min.
  4. Serve immediately.
