Ingredients
- 7 oz flank steak strips (or lean ground beef)
- 2 cups snap peas
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp olive oil
Steps
- Sear beef in oil; remove.
- Sauté snap peas 3–4 min; add garlic/ginger.
- Return beef; add soy and honey; toss 1 min.
- Serve immediately.
