Ingredients
- 8 oz extra-lean ground beef
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 2 cups palmini (or zoodles)
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
Steps
- Brown beef with onion and mushrooms.
- Add tomatoes and seasoning; simmer 8–10 min.
- Warm palmini/zoodles and drain well.
- Serve sauce over noodles; add parmesan if desired.
