Ingredients

  • 8 oz extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cups palmini (or zoodles)
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning

Steps

  1. Brown beef with onion and mushrooms.
  2. Add tomatoes and seasoning; simmer 8–10 min.
  3. Warm palmini/zoodles and drain well.
  4. Serve sauce over noodles; add parmesan if desired.
