Ingredients
- 10 oz lean ground turkey
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp brown sugar (or zero-cal)
- 1 cup basil
Steps
- Brown turkey; add veggies and cook 4–5 min.
- Stir in soy/fish sauce and sweetener; simmer 1–2 min.
- Fold in basil until wilted.
- Serve hot (great over cauliflower rice).
