Ingredients
- 7 oz pork tenderloin
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon
- Salt & pepper
Steps
- Season pork; sear then roast at 425°F until 145°F.
- Roast Brussels with oil and paprika 18–20 min.
- Slice pork; toss Brussels with Dijon.
- Serve.
