Ingredients

  • 12 oz extra-firm tofu, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shelled edamame
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (for crisp)

Steps

  1. Toss tofu with cornstarch; air fry 12 min at 400°F.
  2. Steam broccoli; warm edamame.
  3. Toss tofu with soy and sesame oil.
  4. Serve in a bowl over veggies.
